Scottish Public Services Ombudsman: I sent a complaint to this body and received a reply from them stating they recognized I had a genuine complaint but stated for some obscure legal matter they could not investigate the complaint. I asked them how many complaints they get each year and how many of them they actually investigate. They have not responded to that request so far. Has anyone else made a complaint to them and did they investigate.
