Doctor Hartung Respiratory Specialist, Crosshouse Hospital/by Kilmarnock.

I was off work due to pain in the airways when coughing or sneezing. I reported to my GP that my condition had improved a lot while off work as it was then not as painful to cough or sneeze.

The company I worked for gave me data sheets of the substances I had been contaminated with for some time so my GP could state if it was safe for me to return to work, as, they were not going to try and contain the substances as they stated they were safe.

My GP at that time, a temporary woman GP, stated she thought the substances were not safe and that I would have to see a Respiratory Specialist at Ayr Hospital so they could make that decision. I saw a Dr Elliot at Ayr Hospital who refused to read the data sheets on the substances I had been contaminated with and refused to say if it was safe for me to return to that type of work.

Dr Elliot put me through a series of extended breath tests, some that had to be cut short due to the pain. Dr Elliot then produced reports stating the tests were normal and failed to mention the inflammation in the airways.

I complained to the Ayrshire and Arran Health Board about Dr Elliot as I had to take the decision myself to leave work and contact a lawyer to take action against my employers for causing my health problems.

Sally Collingwood from complaints department allowed me to transfer to Crosshouse Hospital to see a Dr Hartung. After a few tests at Crosshouse Hospital, I noticed Dr Hartung was refusing to document the inflammation in my airways as well.

When I asked Dr Hartung about his failure to document the inflammation, which by that time, I was being treated by an asthma nurse for, Dr Hartung stated that if I underwent a scope test, and the inflammation showed up, he would then document it.

I underwent the scope test with Dr Hartung knowing the results would be needed for court evidence. After the scope test had been completed, and it was time for me to leave hospital, nurses in charge of letting you out could not find Dr Hartung anywhere. I remember thinking at that time that he was trying to phone Dr Elliot before seeing me.

After Dr Hartung finally appeared, he stated something like: there was no inflammation and my airways looked normal. This made the nurse with Dr Hartung look pleased when she thought the patient was getting good news. When I told Dr Hartung I had done a breath test that morning and it was painful in the area I told him to look, so there was inflammation there, he admitted he had just lied to me as there was inflammation exactly where I told him to look. The nurse then looked appalled as she had just witnessed a doctor being found out about lying to a patient.

A few days later, Dr Hartung sent me a copy of the test results which stated: some inflammation on the right and left bronchi with contact bleeding.

I visited my GP at that time to discuss the test results and get my medical records sorted as I knew some doctors had been questioning the treatment I was receiving from the asthma nurse. The scope test had shown the asthma nurse, Carol Mills, had only taken about five minutes to diagnose my condition exactly as it was and Respiratory Specialists had spent three years questioning her ability and failed to document my illness correctly.

Before I could get the test results out my pocket, my GP, Dr Stevenson, went into his computer, stated there are the test results, they showed nothing, nothing at all. When he turned round and saw I had a copy of the test results, he shouted: where did you get that. Dr Stevenson then showed me the computer that had the test result on it the same as I had stating: inflammation with contact bleeding.

Dr Stevenson refused to state why he lied even though he knew the test result was court evidence. He then became abusive demanding I leave.

I then applied for my medical records so I could check to see if those doctors had been lying about anything else. I received my hospital records, from a Mr Bryden free of charge; my GP records cost £50, one vital document was missing from my GP records but was soon found.

The first thing I noticed about my Hospital records was a document sent from Dr Hartung warning Dr Elliot and Sally Collingwood that I knew the correct test results. This looked underhand to me as Dr Hartung was having to report to the Dr I had complained about and the head of complaints.

I then contacted Mr Bryden to get my image records of the scope test so I could visit a private specialist as I had lost faith in Ayrshire and Arran respiratory Doctors through their deceit.

Mr Bryden then contacted me to state Dr Hartung refused to give him the images saying: if I wanted them, I would have to contact Dr Hartung himself.

To this day, Dr Hartung has only handed over one small image about 30 mm square stating that is all he took or has on my records. He refused to state what the standard procedure is at Crosshouse Hospital for storing scope test images and what images they store and in what format.

I complained to Sally Collingwood about the behaviour of those three doctors only to be told she had left, excellent timing as she seemed to be up to her neck in it as well.

A Sheena McDonald was then appointed to investigate the complaint about the three doctors. Sheena McDonalds' report was a total waste of tax payers funds as it never gave an answer to any of the complaints made. This woman is paid by the tax payer to investigate medical people and does the exact opposite to what she is paid to do, cover up for the people being investigated. Her report at least confirmed my complaint as none of the doctors denied anything they had been accused of.

I then reported the matter to the GMC where a Jennifer Smith stated the GMC passed the complaint back to the Ayrshire and Arran Health Board who in turn refused again to give any answers or reasons for those doctors' actions. Jennifer Smith from the GMC then refused to let me know what is the standard practice at Crosshouse Hospital for storing scope test images. She has also refused to get any answer as to why those doctors lied and are withholding court evidence. She has also, so far, refused to say what organization investigates corruption at the GMC.

I reported the actions of Dr Hartung to the Ayr police station as I believe withholding court evidence is Perverting the Course of Justice, a serious criminal offence. A Sergeant McVee, so far, to the best of my knowledge, has failed to act.

This document will be passed on to politicians and senior police with the hope someone will eventually take action against the people concerned and get answers.

In My view, ALL the people listed here are involved in Perverting the Course of Justice.
