Health & Safety
: If you have concerns over the Health
& Safety's integrity and found the
complaints procedure against an employee of the
H&S was not carried out properly, you can
apply to post a message in this section stating
what your grievance is.
The correct way to complain about an HSE
Official is through their website www.hse.gov.uk/contact/complain.
You can apply for the HSE Report on the
company you complained about through the
Freedom of
Information Act Scotland 2002.
To apply to post your complaint: Email:
info@nameandshamescotland.co.uk.
Nancy Hamilton,
H&S medical Personnel.
Complaint: This woman deliberately sent my
GP and doctors at hospital false information on
dangerous chemicals I was being contaminated
with at work. I have documents to prove this
woman is as corrupt as they get and her
superiors cover up for her. ------. Read the whole

The HSE is documented as being under funded
and will only prosecute companies in extreme
cases where there is an almost 100% chance of
the prosecution being successful. This however
is no excuse for any HSE Officials from not
carrying out extensive research into companies
that have been complained about and producing
accurate and clear reports on that company.
The duty of an HSE Official is to prevent
workers from having their health damaged in the
work place. Covering up for a company, which is
a common complaint against some HSE Officials,
only leads to more health problems.
Barbara Healey of
H&S, official response to the Nancy
Hamilton complaint.
After our review, we advised that we had no
reason to believe that the actions of our staff
were inappropriate. Consequently, we do not
believe there is any more we can do or say to
assist in this matter.
