Nancy Hamilton
Health & Safety medical personnel.
I made a complaint to the Health and Safety after suffering
a breathing disorder about the time I was being seriously
contaminated with dangerous chemicals at work.
I was visited by an H&S officer and an H&S nurse
‘Nancy Hamilton’ to check my condition. This turned
out to be a waste of time as Nancy Hamilton was clearly not
interested in the chemicals I had been contaminated with.
She even refused to take, or read, the data sheets on those
chemicals when the officer with her tried a few times to get
her to read. It looked to me like a medical person that does
not want to know what a person had been contaminated with,
was corrupt.
After that visit, I began getting strange reactions from
my GP and Doctors at hospital. I later found these doctors
gave me the wrong results of a test that was for a court case,
a test that would have proved my health problems were as I
had stated and were almost certainly work related. When I
applied for my medical records, I found Nancy Hamilton had
been sending those doctors documents stating conditions at
my employers were not as I described. This seemed to be the
reason doctors began mistrusting me, and when the results
of tests proved I was not lying to them, they deliberately
gave me the wrong test results rather than apologize for mistrusting
me.
I contacted the H&S complaints department to complain
about what Nancy Hamilton had been sending doctors as the
H&S had documents stating: they had found the dangerous
chemicals throughout the factory and had taken statements
from workers that proved my account of how severe the contamination
was, was justified.
The H&S replied at all levels: they were not going to
take any action against Nancy Hamilton ‘none at all’
for deliberately misleading doctors to the extent they began
falsifying medical tests. These doctors ended up being reported
to the GMC, where their corruption will remain on their records,
until they retire, because of Nancy Hamilton.

I made the complaint to find
out why she had acted in such a seemingly evil manner:
Was it because the entire workforce was being contaminated
by those dangerous chemicals and she tried to hide a major
event.
Was it because she had been involved in a fatal case involving
that factory and those chemicals some years earlier.
Or was it because she simply could not be bothered getting
involved in a case that might end up in court.
After I left work, I heard the H&S had helped get the
contamination reduced but not stopped altogether. This is
what happens when there is corruption at the H&S, companies
get away with contaminating their workforce, this leading
to health problems, which in turn, leads to expensive medical
treatment for the rest of their lives.
Not only do the likes of Nancy Hamilton ruin people’s
lives, they end up costing the National Health Service vast
amounts of funds as well.
This should have been a simple case of the H&S instructing
the company that, if they contaminate their workforce with
dangerous chemicals, they would be prosecuted accordingly.
Containing the chemicals was a simple and inexpensive procedure
but the company just could not be bothered doing the work
required.
Why bother when you have the likes of Nancy Hamilton to cover
up for you.
Official reply by Barbara Healey of the H&S:
After our review, we advised that we had no reason to believe
that the actions of our staff were inappropriate.
Consequently, we do not believe there is any more we can
do or say to assist in this matter.
